Blu-Rock Lawn and Landscape LLC uses information submitted through this website to respond to service requests, communicate with customers, operate the website, measure marketing performance, and improve our services.
Information you provide
When you use our Jobber service-request form, call us, or otherwise contact BluRock, you may provide information such as your name, phone number, email address, property address, service details, preferred appointment information, and photos. Jobber processes information submitted through its embedded request form according to its own terms and privacy practices.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics and related conversion tracking to understand website traffic and actions such as phone clicks, service-request activity, and use of the irrigation assistant. Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies.
Hybrid irrigation assistant
The website assistant first uses local guided choices and prewritten answers. When you submit a free-form question that requires an AI response, the question and limited conversation context may be sent securely from our server to OpenAI through its API. We configure API requests not to be used for model training by default and request that responses not be stored by the model endpoint where supported. OpenAI may still process limited data for security and abuse monitoring under its API policies.
Before sending a question to the AI service, our server attempts to remove common email addresses, phone numbers, and long payment-card-like numbers. Do not enter passwords, payment-card information, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive information into the assistant.
BluRock does not store the text of AI questions in the assistant's local usage files. The assistant stores aggregate usage totals and hashed rate-limit identifiers so we can control abuse and API cost.
Service requests and scheduling
The assistant does not independently confirm appointments or guarantee a technical diagnosis. Service requests are reviewed by BluRock and scheduled based on technician availability, location, routing, and the nature of the work.
