This website provides general information about Blu-Rock Lawn and Landscape LLC and a convenient way to request service. Website content is not a substitute for an on-site irrigation diagnosis, written estimate, signed agreement, or other project-specific documentation.

Assistant guidance

The BluRock irrigation assistant provides general guidance based on the information a visitor supplies. Irrigation symptoms can have multiple causes. The assistant may suggest an appropriate next step but cannot confirm a failed component, final repair scope, equipment compatibility, water savings, rebate eligibility, pricing not expressly stated on the website, or appointment availability.

Service pricing

Published prices apply only to the specific services described. BluRock currently lists a $99 irrigation inspection for up to eight zones, $10 for each additional inspection zone, a $35 remote controller optimization, and a $12/month monitoring service where compatible. Repair pricing is confirmed before work begins. Parts, materials, equipment, taxes, permits, and other project-specific charges may be additional when applicable.

Scheduling

Submitting a form or using the assistant does not by itself create a confirmed appointment. BluRock reviews service requests based on technician availability, urgency, location, routing, and the requested scope.

Emergency conditions

If water is actively running and you know how to safely shut off the irrigation supply, you may do so while contacting BluRock. Do not enter unsafe areas, operate unfamiliar utility equipment, or rely on website guidance where immediate professional or emergency assistance is appropriate.

Third-party services

The website may use third-party services including Jobber, Google Analytics, OpenAI, hosting, telephone, and other service providers. Those providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.
